Our experience with Lakeland was a very positive one from the moment Andre and Angie meet us and showed us various lots and worked at accommodating our needs and helped us work within our budget, both were very warm, friendly and professional as well as caring in their presentation to us. Throughout the build Mike was very helpful and fair with changes we made and extras we added. Mike oversaw the entire build and everything was done with excellence and never lacked the personal touch. Lakeland closed on time and after moving in we had the normal minor problems as with any new home, but Lakeland quickly responded and fixed every detail to our highest satisfaction. We are very happy with our new home and the experience with Lakeland team and we recommend any one looking to build a new home to consider Lakeland homes.
