We attended an open house in LaSalle and met Andre Goulet, co-owner of Lakeland Homes. During our tour we immediately noticed the quality of work on their model home and we were convinced this was the builder for us.
From the first meeting with Andre and throughout our entire process from the changes to our design and layout to the accommodation of our special requests that made our new home unique, there was a commitment from Lakeland to make our dream home into a reality.
As a buyer of a custom home there is always apprehension, but the professionalism displayed by the Lakeland team made us at ease and comfortable even when issues arose. We felt taken care of!
During our last meeting with Mike McMahon and Mike Olar we knew we had made a good decision. Our friends and family compliment us on the finished product and as a bonus we now have a new friendship with the Lakeland Homes team.
