Purchasing a home the most important decision you will make

It has been said that purchasing a new home will be among one of the most important decisions in ones life. When having a new home built for you the need for trust and confidence in your builder and his trades is essential. As a Project Executive for one of the largest commercial contractors in Canada and a builder myself for the past 20 years, I understand this all to well. My wife and I have shared a wonderful experience working with Lakeland Homes and their second to none team of tradesmen over this past year building our new home in Lakeshore Township. It is my personal and professional opinion that positive relationships are what make projects successful in the end for all parties. Mike, Andre and their trades have successfully achieved this goal. The quality, service and price certainty has been delivered to us in our homes planning and successful completion.

Our journey started with Mike and Andre reviewing the plans for our home, then together developed the plan further to include increased living space within the home inclusive of  the selection of finishes and specific design features. At each step of the process we found the Lakeland team were very respectful and attentive to our specific needs, suggestions, and inquiries extending their support and experience to assist us in finalizing decisions and expectations of the finished product. During the various stages of the building process, we were encouraged to work with the trades where we were witness to an exceptional level of quality workmanship, dedication, and respect for our vision from all.  

In the end we moved into our home on time and on budget! From start to finish we have been very impressed with the continued attention and dedication to total customer satisfaction of Lakeland homes. It is always a pleasure when you can share in the pride of recommending good workmanship, trust and honesty of those that have done something for you that is a major part of your life's decisions.
